1. About the game
EMPIRES: Dawn of Civilization is a strategy and civilization simulation game. Features and availability may change through updates.
2. License
Your right to use the app is subject to the applicable Apple App Store terms and the End User License Agreement presented at purchase. The final publication should specify whether Apple's standard EULA or a custom EULA governs use.
3. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases may be available. Consumable purchases, such as gold packs, differ from non-consumable entitlements. Prices and availability are shown in the App Store purchase interface. Refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable policies and consumer rights.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, attempt to circumvent purchase verification, interfere with its operation or violate applicable law.
5. Availability and updates
Features may evolve, and updates may change game balance, content or compatibility. Online features described as coming soon are not guaranteed to be available at launch.
6. Intellectual property
Game names, artwork, code, text and other creative materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to their respective owners.
7. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitations of liability must be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which the game is offered.
