Please include your device model, iOS version, app version and a description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful. Never send passwords, recovery keys or payment-card details.
Purchases and restoration
Open the game's Settings and select Restore Purchases for eligible non-consumable purchases. Consumable gold is handled differently from permanent purchases. If a verified purchase did not appear, contact support with the approximate purchase time; do not send payment credentials.
